I've recently had a 120mm fail and spew water all over the guts of a machine because it couldn't cope with the heat. e I'd probably also spend some on a more beefy cooler for the CPU. The 7800x looks nice, but that may be another $127 too far, depending on your budget. I'd be inclined to spring a bit more myself and get a better CPU again. So, while $140 extra, it is double the SSD space, double RAM, better gfx card, better CPU. On the ibuypower configurator, for $1381 I got the following. I'd be looking for at least 16GB RAM (which is near a requirement for 5x WoW these days), Nvidia 1060 6GB (with a preference to even a 1070), and a 4+4 i7. Personally I'd imagine you would be limited quite quickly with the proposed specs.
